HOW TO BUY (Term Payment - Corporate Only)

User required to login into account in PETRONAS Merchandise Store

before making any purchase / checkout

Choose your product in the Website.

Check the product information and quantity then add the item to your cart.

Confirm your Shopping Cart by click My Cart button to confirm your order.

Provide your delivery detail and shipping method.
**Note : All related charges(courier cost/ tax/custom etc) shall be borne by the buyer

Choose your payment method.

Check your confirmation order via registered email.

Print the confirmation order as reference to generate your Purchase Order (PO) form via PETRONAS Buyers Portal (SAP) or SMART GEP

Notify us by emailing the PO no. to merchandisestore@mhglobal.com

We will start delivery once we receive your PO.

Please create the Good Receipt Note (GRN) in your SAP within 2 days after delivery

We will transmit the invoice to your SAP System.

Please proceed the payment within 30 days after delivery complete.
