About the registration process
Employees and
partners can register on the Website. Once you have registered your email
address the request is authorised and our system will send you an email asking
you to complete the registration process. The registration is done by simply
clicking on the link within the email, once you have filled in the registration
form, you will be able to login to the shop and start shopping.
I've not received my registration email
During times of high
usage, there might be a slight delay in our System is sending out your
validation email. If you have not received your email within 48 hours (working
days) please check your junk mail, and if you can't find your validation email
you can use the 'request a new activation email' function. A link to this can
be found on the registration page. Alternatively, you can contact our customer services team who should be able to help
you complete the registration process.
I thought my account had been registered but I'm having trouble logging in
The first thing you should do is to look at the error message that is given to you when you try to login with your email address and password. If you try to log in and received the error message, a message with a confirmation link has been sent to your email address. Please follow the link to activate your account. Please check your emails for the registration email that would have been sent when you first registered – if you have not received this please contact our customer service team.
Finally, if you try
to login and are just presented with a message to say that your username or
password has not been recognised, please double check the details you are
entering and try to login again. If the problem persists, click on the
forgotten password link and enter your email address in the page that loads.
Submit the form, and our system will send you an email with a link to a secure
page where you can reset your password. As soon as this is done, you will be
able to return to Shop Central, and you should then be able to login to the
shop.
